There is only one of me and I had to take a break from blogging while I was working hard behind the scenes to bring some new things your way or they would never have gotten done.
It was worth the pause! And I am excited to show you what’s been going on.
1. WE ARE MOVING OUR FREE GROUP OFF OF FACEBOOK.
2. WE CHANGED HOW OUR PROGRAM ROLLS OUT TO MAKE IT MORE ACCESSIBLE TO YOU.
3. WE ARE EXPANDING BEYOND FIRST RESPONDERS
AND THE BEST PART OF IT ALL
4. We Created a Free Program To Help You Get Started (link to gain access is below)
Why All of these changes?
Because I have been listening to all of your feedback and improving things to work FOR you and NOT AGAINST you!
Which brings us to Moving Off Of Facebook.
Social media is a big stress on so many levels for all of us including myself.
Facebook spends tons of money in order to create ways to suck you in for hours every day which definitely adds to your stress. Being that my goal is to decrease your stress, not increase it encouraging you to be on social media platforms more has never sat well with me.
And the way Facebook collects your information is bad enough for civilians.
But for many First Responders, there is often a need to remain anonymous due to being undercover or the risk of losing your job if the wrong person finds out you are working on your mental and physical health.
So we have created a group that is off of any of the main social media channels where you can go in and see the latest info, learn and ask questions without being shown anything other than our group info.
AND you can use an alias name so that no one in your service or your colleagues will know who is asking the questions or in the group if you want to remain anonymous.
Changes To Our Programs.
I’m always studying and learning more and more as new research comes.
I created my program in 2018 and it’s ready for an update.
And one size does not fill all.
You are all at different stages of life, with different personal and on the job stressors based on your family dynamic, your service, the area you serve and more.
There are definitely base foundational tools that have helped every First Responder we have worked with.
BUT there are other tools that are better for some than others because of genetics, health history, sex and more….
Every body reacts differently to different stress reducing tools. What works for one does not necessarily work or need to be structured the same way for another.
Which is why this new program iteration I’m starting off by teaching you how to use your health tracking app on your watch to track your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) so you know which stress reducing tools are helping you and which ones you don’t need to be focusing on.
Because the private group and network that we are creating also allows us to host courses we are able to offer you this HRV program for FREE.
My hope is that this program allows smaller services, specialized teams, partners and Training Officers an economical way to help motivate and keep track of their teams stress so they can get themself and their colleagues the help they need BEFORE things get too far and medical leave is required.
AND also allows us to extend beyond First Responders.
Many friends and colleagues have been hiring me to work privately with them because they are not First Responders. Spouses of First Responders, entrepreneurs, mom, executives and others who have found this past year especially stressful and they wanted to take control once and for all of their sleep, energy, moods, brain focus, productivity and start to enjoy their family and professional life again.
Due to high demand we are opening up our services to anyone who wants to be in the know of the latest research on burnout prevention and performance optimization.
To reflect this we are changing our name to BioStressHacker.
This all starts RIGHT NOW! Be one of the first to join our Free Private Community OFF of social media channels and gain access to the FREE HRV course by clicking the link below.
